Welcome to Peace to All Beings. This is a place to imagine, dream, pray, and believe that we human beings can awaken to our higher consciousness, embrace a new paradigm of living in harmony, rather than in fear and domination and become "Homo Ahimsa," my term for the new nonviolent and kindhuman that we can become. This is a place to bear witness to the violence around us and at the same time hold fast to the bold vision of a world at peace, not only for people, but for all life. This is a place to explore and agree that there is hope for our species, that we will not continue to destroy. Together let us co-create a new culture and heal the wounds humanity has caused to the earth, to each other, and to the animals who share this world with us.

Where The Flags Fly

Please send photos of your flags showing where you have placed them.  I will post them here with your permission.  Send to judycarman@ymail.com

As we hang them on fences and walls and signs, the wind carries the blessings to the animals and the message of compassion to all people.

Flags flying in Kansas
I hung this on a barbed wire fence near my home in northeastern Kansas.  Let's see if we can get one in every state and every country around the world.

This is me on November 6, 2011, at the Topeka, KS, Zoo.  Our local animal rights group Animal Outreach of Kansas is campaigning to send the Topeka elephants Tembo and Sunda to The Elephant Sanctuary

This is me again standing by the elephants who are hopelessly rocking back and forth.  You can see videos of this abnormal behavior caused by confinement at http://www.elephantfreedom.com/.  It is heart breaking to see and sense their extreme suffering, but when we visit animals in distress like this, we can offer them our prayers, our love, and perhaps a flag to remind them--we will not give up until they and all their brothers and sisters are liberated from human domination.

We will not give up on you, Tembo and Sunda.  Hold on tight to your dreams of freedom.
