Animal Liberation is Human Liberation

Welcome to Peace to All Beings. Until we liberate animals from human exploitation and violence, we cannot expect to have true freedom and peace for ourselves. We human beings can awaken to our higher consciousness and embrace a new paradigm of living in harmony, rather than in fear and domination. We can become "Homo Ahimsa," my term for a new nonviolent and kind human, but we must make that choice together. There is hope for our species--hope that we will not continue this war against animals and the earth. Together let us co-create a new culture and heal the wounds humanity has caused to the earth, to each other, and to the animals who share this world with us.

Where The Flags Fly

Please send photos of your flags showing where you have placed them.  I will post them here with your permission.  Send to judycarman@ymail.com

As we hang them on fences and walls and signs, the wind carries the blessings to the animals and the message of compassion to all people.

some of the flags, accompanied by a
beautiful song by Daniel Redwood.

Flags flying in Kansas

I hung this on a barbed wire fence near my home in northeastern Kansas.
Let's see if we can get one in every state and every country around the world.

This is me on November 6, 2011, at the Topeka, KS, Zoo.  Our local animal rights group Animal Outreach of Kansas is campaigning to send the Topeka elephants Tembo and Sunda to The Elephant Sanctuary

This is me again standing by the elephants who are hopelessly rocking back and forth.  You can see videos of this abnormal behavior caused by confinement at http://www.elephantfreedom.com/.  It is heart breaking to see and sense their extreme suffering, but when we visit animals in distress like this, we can offer them our prayers, our love, and perhaps a flag to remind them--we will not give up until they and all their brothers and sisters are liberated from human domination.

We will not give up on you, Tembo and Sunda.  Hold on tight to your dreams of freedom.

A great idea from Dakota in Kansas to tie it to the car!
Thanks, Dakota.

and may all their human visitors bring only love.

Ronda hung this flag in her 93 year old avocado tree
in Lomita, California.  After she hung this flag she
sent me a very funny update on the flag.  She said
"I went outside in the backyard by the large avocado tree.
On the ground were 2 pieces of the white cording that
tied the flag to the tree. The prayer flag was gone no where in sight!
Spirit told me a Raven chewed on both sides of the cording
and flew off with the flag to use for her nest!
Well, at least it has been put to good use."
Thanks, Ronda, for this great story.  I think
her babies will be especially blessed growing up
on a prayer flag.  Awesome!!
In front of Ronda's home in Lomita--thank
you, Ronda, for flying prayer flags for the animals of earth.
